Exchanges and Returns
Thank you for shopping with Riders Denim. We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their gear. If you have any questions please contact us at hello@ridersdenim.com.
Return Policy
When you order from our website, you always have a 30-day right to withdraw from your purchase. This means you can return or exchange your items within 30 days from the day you received your order. All items returned within 30 days of receipt will be fully refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to make a return:
1. Contact us at hello@ridersdenim.com with your order number.
2. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you wish to return your order, you are responsible for sending it back to us.
However, if you are having difficulty finding a way to return your order, we can provide you with a return label for a fee of between €14 - €20, depending on where you live in the world, which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to exchange an item instead of returning it, we will gladly provide you with a free return label at no extra cost.

Exchanges
The fastest and easiest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.
How to make an exchange:
- Contact us at hello@ridersdenim.com with your order number.
- We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Print the label, pack your items securely, and send them back to our warehouse:

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@ridersdenim.com.
Damages, Faulty Products & Complaints
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@ridersdenim.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Manufacturing Faults: To file a complaint, please email us your order number along with clear pictures of the issue. The problem must be due to a manufacturing fault.
- Wear and Tear: Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect washing, or misuse is not an acceptable reason for a complaint.
- Riders Denim reserves the right to deny a complaint if the product is not considered faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. In the event of a dispute, we follow the guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and the EU’s online dispute resolution service (ODR: http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
Important Additional Information
Uncollected Packages
If you do not collect your package from the pickup depot and it is automatically returned to us, this does not count as a valid return. To cover return shipping, handling, and administrative fees, we reserve the right to charge a fee of:
- 35 EUR / 35 GBP / 35 CHF / 350 NOK / 265 DKK / 40 USD
Duties and Taxes (Outside the EU)
For international orders shipped outside the European Union, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any local import taxes and customs duties. An order cannot be canceled or "returned to sender" unless these charges have been cleared. Declining or delaying these payments will result in the shipment being destroyed by customs, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Riders Denim takes no responsibility for any accidents that take place while using our products. Please note that product images may display additional rider equipment; the product text always describes the exact item included. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
